della Valle store ships to Italy using the express courier service DHL, FEDEX TNT, BARTOLINI All goods shipped by della Valle store are carefully packaged. Together with the shipped goods, della Valle store will insert the invoice in the package, if present the tax code or a document will be issued that accompanies the shipment indicating in detail the prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.

 

FREE INSURANCE

of the Valley store is covered in all shipments by a free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the moment of delivery of the goods.

 

ORDER EVASION

All orders duly filled out and paid for will be processed within two working days: all shipments leave from della Valle store , (Italy), only on weekdays, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 17.30. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the following Monday.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation document. If the package appears to be tampered with or not intact, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation document with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the DHL or FEDEX TNT Office and to della Valle store , by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to della Valle store will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to della Valle store at the Customer's expense. In this case, della Valle store will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
